Sales Policy
ORDERING: All orders may be placed by email (info@doginthecloset.com), phone (940-538-5601) or fax (940-538-4382).
 
ORDER MINIMUMS:
Our first time minimum order is $100. There is no minimum for reorders. Blank t-shirt and tank samples may be ordered with no minimums.
 
LEAD TIME:
Most orders are shipped the following business day. Please allow additional time for large orders, orders placed during busy seasons or orders placed at wholesale trade shows.
 
PAYMENT TERMS: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Cashier Checks, Money Orders and Bank Transfers. All checks mailed in will be sent for direct collection before the order is shipped. Wholesale customers may also choose to ship C.O.D. with a credit card guarantee.
 
SHIPPING: All orders are shipped via UPS or Fed EX Ground Service within the continental U.S. from our warehouse F.O.B. Henrietta, Texas. Orders that are shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, or to any country other than the U.S. will incur additional shipping charges. Please contact us via email, phone or fax for shipping charges prior to placing an order. Prices and discounts are subject to change without notice. Orders are accepted with the understanding that price and discounts prevailing at the time of shipment shall apply.

SHIPPING AND
HANDLING COST:
Shipping and handling cost for all items other than dog beds are determined according to the total cost of your order. The following chart displays the amount that will be added for all orders within the 48 contiguous states.

BACK ORDERS:
All items not in stock at the time of order are placed on back order. In this case, the in stock items will be shipped while the remaining items are awaiting completion. Shipping is calculated on the original order. No additional shipping fees will be charged to orders shipped separately due to back orders. Your back order will automatically be shipped if the items become available within 30 days. If a backordered product becomes available after 30 days, you will be notified before the item is shipped. You will not be charged for any items until they are shipped.
 
RETURNS: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item within 15 days of the date of invoice. Items must be returned in original condition, unused and with all original tags attached. No returns are accepted without prior authorization and must be received no later than 15 days from date of invoice. We will either provide a replacement item, in-house credit or a refund. Unless an error is due to a mistake by Dog in the Closet, all original shipping charges are non-refundable. Additional shipping charges will apply to exchanges. And returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Upon authorization, returns must be shipped freight prepaid. We will not accept returns sent back C.O.D. We are not responsible for any returned packages lost in shipping. For your protection, we suggest you send your return via UPS, Fed Ex or by US Mail with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.
 
CLAIMS: Claims for breakage or damages occurring during shipping must be made to the carrier. We, the shipper, cannot file a claim for you. We will be happy to assist you with further information if needed in filing a claim.
 
WARRANTY: Dog in the Closet warrants to the original wholesale purchaser and/or to the original retail purchaser that the merchandise will be free from defects in material and workmanship at time of purchase. Should the merchandise prove defective, Dog in the Closet will, at its option, replace the merchandise when returned to its warehouse. Dog in the Closet must be given written notice of any such claimed defect promptly, and merchandise is to be submitted freight prepaid for examination. Dog in the Closet shall not have any responsibility or liability for damage in shipment or that arising from accidents, abuse or improper use of the goods or merchandise. Pets should be properly supervised while wearing or using any of our products.
